PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 10% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF RLEB PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 75 AND 76 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 2016 ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

We refer to the announcements dated 17 March 2026, 3 April 2026, 21 April 2026 and 29 April 2026 in relation to the Private Placement. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board has resolved to fix the issue price for the 3rd tranche of the Private Placement at RM0.28 per Placement Share.

 

The issue price of RM0.28 per Placement Share represents a discount of RM0.0297 or approximately 9.59% to the 5-day VWAP of RLEB Shares up to and including 30 September 2026, being the market day immediately preceding the price-fixing date, of RM0.3097 per RLEB Share.
