The Board of Ajiya wishes to announce that Ajiya Safety Glass Sdn. Bhd. ("ASG" or "the Vendor"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 1 October 2026 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with Esprit Care Sdn. Bhd. ("ECSB" or "the Purchaser") for the disposal of one (1) single storey factory with two (2) storey office erect on a piece of freehold industrial land held under Geran 54074, Lot 12, Pekan Puchong Perdana, Daerah Petaling, Negeri Selangor ("the Property") for a total disposal consideration of RM58,000,000.00 only ("Proposed Disposal").
