The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that PT Daxen Agri Pratama ("Daxen Agri"), an indirect subsidiary of the Company, which is held 90% by PT. Daxen Agrotech Nusantara, a subsidiary of the Company and 10% by PT. Kirana Investama Nusantara, a company duly established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, had on 28 September 2026 commenced the members' voluntary winding-up process and appointed Messrs. Afdalis, S.H., M.H., Febri Maulana, S.H., and Feri Pranata Ginting, S.H. as the liquidators of Daxen Agri.

Daxen Agri is currently dormant and have no intention to carry on business or operation in the future.

The members' voluntary winding-up of Daxen Agri is not expected to have any material financial and operational impacts on DXN Group for the financial year ending 28 February 2027 and no material losses are expected to arise from the members' voluntary winding-up of Daxen Agri.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected to them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the members' voluntary winding-up of Daxen Agri.
