Reference is made to the earlier announcements of the Company dated 21 September 2026 and 23 September 2026.

Unless otherwise defined, all terms and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements of the Company.

The Company had been informed by its Solicitors on the late evening of 1 October 2026 of the outcome of the ex parte hearing of the garnishee proceedings which was held on 30 September 2026.

At the hearing, the learned Court allowed Savelite's application for a Garnishee Order to Show Cause against the first Garnishee of the Defendant, namely Malayan Banking Berhad ("Maybank").

Accordingly, the Show Cause hearing has been fixed on 21 October 2026.

Savelite will proceed to extract the Garnishee Order to Show Cause and arrange for service of the same on Maybank in accordance with the directions of the Court.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are material developments on the above matter.
