Reference is made to our announcements on 21 February 2025, 17 April 2025, 11 June 2025, 29 August 2025, 23 October 2025 and 3 February 2026.

Further to the announcement on 3 February 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to update that THB Power Sdn Bhd had filed an appeal with the Court of Appeal against 

the decision of the High Court in granting the Winding-Up Order, together with an application for a stay of execution of the Winding-Up Order pending the appeal.

The stay application was heard on 21 July 2026 and was dismissed by the High Court with costs of RM12,000.00 to Mudajaya and RM3,000.00 to the Liquidators.

The appeal was subsequently heard on 1 October 2026, whereby the Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal with costs of RM40,000.00 to Mudajaya.

The Board and Management of the Company will make further announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as required and/or upon receipt of further directions from the Court.
