PROPOSED REDUCTION OF THE ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL OF CYBER PURSUANT TO SECTION 116 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 2016 ("ACT") ("CAPITAL REDUCTION")

The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Capital Reduction.

 

Reference is made to the announcements dated 24 July 2026, 8 September 2026, and 30 September 2026 in relation to the Capital Reduction.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Company had, via its legal counsel, filed an application to the High Court in relation to the Capital Reduction pursuant to Section 116 of the Act.
