Shares Offered under an Employees Share Option Scheme of up to Ten Percent (10%) of the total number of issued shares of the Company (ESOS)
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19 (51) of Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Dufu wishes to announce that the Company has on 2 October 2026 ("Offer Date") offered the following options to its eligible Directors and employees to subscribe for new ordinary shares in Dufu ("Dufu Shares" or "Shares") ("Options") under the ESOS in accordance with the ESOS By-laws of the Company:-
(a) Exercise Price of the Options offered: RM2.58.
(b) Number of Options offered: 2,000,000 Shares.
(c) Market price of Dufu's Shares at the close of the market on the Offer Date: RM3.06.
(d) Number of Options offered to each director are as follows:-
