PTT Synergy Group Berhad ("PTT") - Additional information on proposed acquisition of four (4) parcels of land together with the factory units erected or to be erected thereon by PTT Assets Sdn. Bhd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of PTT, for a total cash consideration of RM31,996,552.00 ("Proposed Acquisition")

Further to the announcement made by PTT on 30 September 2026, reference no. GA1-29092026-00027, the Board of Directors of PTT wishes to provide additional information in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.
