Reference is made to the previous announcements 14 August 2026, 17 August 2026 and 20 August 2026 in relation to the application for a Judicial Management Order ("JMO") in respect of Eko Bina Sdn. Bhd. ("Eko Bina"), a subsidiary of the Company ("JM Application"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in that announcement.

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company has been informed by its solicitors that, at the hearing fixed on 5 October 2026, the Court directed the filing of affidavits following an application by PLP Electrical Engineering Sdn. Bhd. to intervene in the proceedings.

The Court then fixed the next case management on 8 December 2026 for further directions on the filing of written submissions and the hearing of the application.

Accordingly, the Company has further been advised by its solicitors that Eko Bina's judicial management application remains pending and no judicial management order was granted yet at the hearing. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company has also been advised by its solicitors that the moratorium under the Companies Act 2016 read together with the Companies (Corporate Rescue Mechanism) Rules 2018 remains effective.

The Company will make further announcements on any material developments in relation to the matter.
