The Board of Directors of JTGB wishes to announce that Jati Tinggi Holding Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 200301020328 (622748-W)) ("JTHSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, together with Ventura IOT Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 201801010906 (1272922-W)) ("VISB"), via an unincorporated joint venture, had on 2 October 2026 received the Letter of Acceptance ("LOA") issued by TNB to perform contract works for the "SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF DISTRIBUTED ACOUSTIC SENSING (DAS) FOR TNB 132KV SUBMARINE POWER CABLE SYSTEM KUALA PERLIS (KPLS) - TELUK APAU (TPAU)" ("Contract") ("Works"). For the avoidance of doubt, both JTHSB and VISB have agreed to collaborate and work together via an unincorporated joint venture for the Contract.
