We refer to our previous announcements on 30 September 2019, 27 October 2023, 8 January 2024 and 21 May 2024.

The Company wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, TSRB, had received the Final Award dated 15 September 2026 ("Award") issued by the Arbitral Tribunal ("Tribunal").

Pursuant to the Award, a net sum of RM2,555,297.40 is payable to TSRB within thirty (30) working days from the date of the Award.

The net sum takes into account the Tribunal's upholding of the termination of the subcontract by SPYTL and is arrived at after the deductions allowed to SPYTL, the amounts previously paid to TSRB under the adjudication decisions, and costs, from the value of works done of RM9,939,204.59 as assessed by the Tribunal.

The Award is expected to have a positive effect on the earnings per share and net assets per share of the TSR Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2027.

The Company will make the necessary announcements as and when there are further material developments in relation thereof.
