We refer to the Company's announcement made on 4 September 2026 in respect of the Kuala Lumpur High Court Suit No. WA-22NCC-767-09/2026 filed by Tunai Impian Enterprise Sdn Bhd ("Tunai Impian") against KSB and KSFI, and the Company's announcement on 30 September 2026 in respect of KSB and KSFI's application filed on 29 September 2026 ("Enclosure 9").

The Company's solicitors notified the Company that on 5 October 2026, parties were called up for a case management for this action ("Enclosure 1") and Enclosure 9, which was concluded earlier today.

In relation to Enclosure 9, the Court scheduled the hearing on 30 November 2026 at 2.30 pm, via Zoom. Parties are to comply with filing directions prior to the hearing.

In relation to Enclosure 1, the Court scheduled the next case management on 21 December 2026 at 8.30 am, via Zoom.

The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions by the Court.
