We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 50,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of DRBHCOM by way of market making.

The DRBHCOMC4K is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The DRBHCOMC4K is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 8 October 2025. The DRBHCOMC4K is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 17 October 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 14 November 2025, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 22 January 2026, the Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 18 March 2026, the Fourth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 26 May 2026 and the Fifth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 7 July 2026.
