The Board of Directors of DKLS Industries Berhad ("Company") is pleased to announce that DKLS Construction Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 7 October 2026 incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in Lao People's Democratic Republic under the name Savan Digital Infrastructure Sole Co., Ltd with the intended principal activities as follows:
- Holding and administration of land use rights;
- Leasing and subleasing of land use rights;
- Investment holding in relation to land and property assets; and
- Other lawful activities incidental to the above.
The registered share capital of Savan Digital Infrastructure Sole Co., Ltd is USD500,000.00.
The incorporation of Savan Digital Infrastructure Sole Co., Ltd is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings per share, net assets or share capital of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
None of the directors and/or substantial shareholders of the Company, or persons connected to such director and/or substantial shareholder has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said incorporation.
