Reference is made to the announcements dated 22 August 2023 and 13 December 2024 in relation to the execution of two (2) Moneylenders' Agreements (Secured Loan) for the acceptance of a loan facility of RM25.0 million ("First Loan") and additional loan facility of RM5.0 million ("Second Loan") respectively [collectively, the "Agreements"] granted by Sea Resorts Development Sdn Bhd ("SRDSB" or "Lender") to the Company.

The Board of Directors of OIB wishes to announce that the Company had on 7 October 2026 entered into 2 Supplemental Moneylenders' Agreements with SRDSB to amend the Agreements, particularly on the extension of the tenure of the First Loan and Second Loan ("Amendments").
