- TERMINATION OF THE SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT IN RELATION TO THE PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY BY DATASONIC TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD ("DTSB"), A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY

The Board of Directors of Datasonic wishes to inform that DTSB has issued a Notice of Termination dated 7 October 2026 to Pixio Sdn Bhd ("Vendor") to terminate the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 10 July 2025 ("SPA"), due to non-fulfilment of the Condition Precedent relating to obtaining approval from BOMBA (Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia) on the issuance of a Fire Certificate or BOMBA License for fire safety equipment, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations are in place and the Property meets the necessary fire safety required standards.
