Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Listing Requirements"), we wish to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Tropicana Credit & Leasing Sdn Bhd, a licensed moneylending company pursuant to its ordinary course of moneylending business as at 30 September 2026 as set out below:
