FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MATERIAL LITIGATION PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 9.04(F) OF THE BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS IN RESPECT OF WRIT OF SUMMONS TOGETHER WITH STATEMENT OF CLAIM

Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 6 October 2026.

 

The Board of Directors of KSB ("Board") wishes to provide further clarification regarding the specific court documents referenced as "Enclosure 1" and "Enclosure 9" in the second paragraph of the announcement:

  • Enclosure 1 refers to the Writ of Summons together with Statement of Claim filed by Tunai Impian Enterprise Sdn Bhd ("the Plaintiff") to Khee San Berhad, Khee San Food Industries Sdn. Bhd., and six others ("the Defendants").  

     

  • Enclosure 9 refers to the Notice of Application filed by the 1st to 7th Defendants (which includes Khee San Berhad and Khee San Food Industries Sdn. Bhd.). This application seeks the Court's determination on questions of law and requests an order to strike out and dismiss the Plaintiff's claim against these Defendants. 

The Company will continue to monitor the matter closely and will make further announcements as and when there are any material developments.
