Reference is made to the announcement dated 5 August 2026 in relation to the Company's appeal against the rejection of MMM's Proposed Regularisation Plan ("Appeal") to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities").

On behalf of the Board of Directors of MMM, M & A Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 7 October 2026 informed that after due consideration of all facts and circumstances of the matter including all written representations and documents submitted before the Listing Committee, the Listing Committee decided that the matters raised and grounds of the Appeal put forth by MMM did not justify any reason to depart from the decision as communicated vide the decision letter by Bursa Securities dated 10 July 2026 ("Decision Letter").

Accordingly, the Listing Committee decided to dismiss the Appeal and uphold the decision as communicated vide the Decision Letter.

In the circumstances and pursuant to Bursa Securities' letter dated 3 November 2025, please be informed that the securities of the Company shall be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities upon the expiry of two (2) market days from the date hereof i.e. on 12 October 2026.
