TRANSFER OF LISTING AND QUOTATION OF THE ENTIRE ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL OF LSH CAPITAL FROM THE ACE MARKET TO THE MAIN MARKET OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ("TRANSFER OF LISTING")

We refer to the announcements dated 20 July 2026, 28 August 2026, 2 October 2026 and 5 October 2026 in relation to the Transfer of Listing. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

 

On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the listing and quotation of the entire issued share capital of LSH Capital has been transferred from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, 8 October 2026, marking the completion of the Transfer of Listing.
