We refer to our announcement dated 6 July 2026 in relation to the originating summons filed by Mr Ang Lam Poah, Mr Loo Leong Fatt and Ms Loo Foong Luan ("Plaintiffs") against the Company ("Defendant") seeking the following orders:

1. A declaration that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Defendant held on 14.5.2026 ("14.5.2026 EGM"), including the appointment of the scrutineer thereof and the results of the voting on Resolution 1 and 2, is null, void and of no effect;
2. A declaration that the Defendant has breached the Consent Order dated 8.4.2026 recorded in the High Court of Malaya; and
3. An order that the Defendant convene a fresh EGM for Shareholders to consider the Resolution 1 and 2.  

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that on 8 October 2026, the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur delivered its decision in respect of the said originating summons and dismissed the Plaintiffs' application and awarded costs of RM20,000 to TTB.
