We refer to our announcements dated 17 April 2025, 30 April 2025, 16 June 2025, 11 September 2025, 18 November 2025 , 17 December 2025 and 9 September 2026

in connection with the Writ of Summon and Statement of Claim dated 30 August 2024 on the legal action initiated by MMSB ("the Plaintiff").

And further to our announcement dated 9 September 2026, the Company wishes to announce that the matter was called for case management on Wednesday, 7 October 

2026, during which the Plaintiff requested an extension of time for the parties to file their respective Witness Statements.

The Honourable Court granted an extension until 10 November 2026 for the parties to file their respective Witness Statements.

The trial dates scheduled from 8 December 2026 to 10 December 2026 have been vacated.

The next Case Management has been fixed for 17 November 2026, during which the parties will provide their respective common dates for the rescheduling of the trial.
