| Circumstances by reason of which a person ceases to be a substantial shareholder | ProWealth Management Holding Ltd. ("ProWealth") disposed of 6.99% equity interest in Mega Fortris Global Pte Ltd. ("MFG") on 7 October 2026. Following the disposal, ProWealth's equity interest in MFG was reduced to below 20%.
As a result of the disposal, ProWealth ceased to have a deemed interest in the shares of the Company held by MFG who holds 65% equity interest in the Company. Accordingly, ProWealth ceased to be a substantial shareholder of the Company on 7 October 2026. |
