Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(37) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of LICB hereby announce that the Company's Independent Auditors, Messrs Forvis Mazars PLT, have issued an unqualified audit opinion with a material uncertainty related to going concern in respect of LICB's audited consolidated financial statements for the 18-month financial period ended 30 June 2026 ("MUGC").
