Pursuant to Rule 8.25(2)(e) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of GOHUB wishes to announce that Go Cash Sdn. Bhd. ("Go Cash"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of GOHUB and a licensed moneylending company, has provided assistance in the ordinary course of its business during the quarter ended 30 September 2026.

The details of the financial assistance provided by Go Cash are set out in the attachment.
