The Board of Directors of Cyber ("Board") wishes to announce that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Ilmu Living Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No.  202601036721 (1698816-H)] ("Purchaser"), had on 8 October 2026 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with Maju Puncakbumi Sdn. Bhd. (In Liquidation) [Registration No. 200901000868 (843792-P)] ("Vendor"), represented by its liquidator, for the acquisition of three (3) parcels of freehold vacant commercial land located in Mukim Dengkil, Daerah Sepang, Negeri Selangor, for a total purchase consideration of RM15.0 million ("Proposed Acquisition").
