Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated on 24 September 2026 pertaining to the Resignation of External Auditors.

The Board of Directors of TRC Synergy Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that Messrs Kudos SBC PLT, having given their Consent to Act as auditors of the Company in accordance with Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, hereby appointed as the new External Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2026 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
