The Board of Directors of PEB ("Board") is pleased to announce that Petra Marine Sdn. Bhd. ("PMSB" or "Seller"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PEB, had entered into a Memorandum of Agreement ("MOA") with PT Rajawali Perak Mulia ("Buyer") for the disposal of the Seller's vessel namely Petra Challenger for a total cash consideration of USD4,500,000.00 or equivalent to approximately RM18,382,500.00 ("Disposal Consideration") at the exchange rate of USD1.00 to RM4.085 on 7 October 2026.
