Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") wishes to reiterate that timely, accurate, and comprehensive disclosure of material information is fundamental to a sustainable and well-functioning capital market. In accordance with Bursa Securities' Corporate Disclosure Policy as provided for under Chapter 9 of the Listing Requirements, listed corporations are required to disclose key material information relating to the corporate transactions.
