The Board of Directors (the "Board" or "Directors") of UMS Integration Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") refers to the Company's announcements on 29 September 2026, 5 October 2026 and 9 October 2026 in relation to the Proposed Placement (the "Previous Announcements").

 

Further to the Previous Announcements, the Board is pleased to announce that the Placement Shares have been listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities and the Mainboard of the SGX-ST on 12 October 2026.
