Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the Proposals.

 

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 24 April 2026, 19 June 2026, 23 June 2026 and 22 July 2026, as well as the approval obtained from the shareholders of the Company for the Proposals at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 20 August 2026.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the effective date for the implementation of the ESOS is 12 October 2026, being the date on which the Company is in full compliance with Rule 6.43(1) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
