The Board of Directors of LAC wishes to announce that LAC Medical Supplies Sdn. Bhd. ("LMS"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 10 October 2026 entered into a Master Services Agreement ("Agreement") with Health Capitol Specialist Centre Sdn. Bhd. ("HCSC"), pursuant to which HCSC has appointed LMS on a non-exclusive basis to provide comprehensive solutions comprising the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of medical equipment as well as maintenance, technical support, Planned Preventive Maintenance services and related support services, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
