The Board of Directors of MNHB wishes to announce that MN Power Transmission Sdn. Bhd. ("MNPT"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 12 October 2026 accepted Letter of Award ("LOA") dated 4 September 2026 awarded by a customer that provide infrastructure for hosting, data processing services and related activities ("Company A") in relation to the project involving the construction of two (2) 275 kilovolt ("kV") consumer landing stations ("CLSs") for a data centre located at Central Region of Peninsular Malaysia ("Project").
