Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 8 October 2026 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the aforesaid announcement.
The Board of Directors of Cyberjaya Education Group Berhad wishes to provide the following additional information in relation to the independent valuation of the Properties:
(a) Independent Registered Valuer: Raine & Horne International Zaki + Partners Sdn Bhd;
(b) Valuation date: 10 April 2026;
(c) Valuation method adopted: Comparison Approach; and
(d) Market value ascribed to the Properties: RM18.0 million.
Save for the above, all other information contained in the announcement dated 8 October 2026 remains unchanged.
