Reference is made to the Company's announcement made on 1 September 2026.

The Board of Directors of Hydropipes wishes to announce that Messrs. Kudos SBC PLT, having given their consent to act as auditors of the Company in accordance with Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 via its letter dated 9 October 2026, has now been appointed as the new External Auditors of the Company on 13 October 2026 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
