PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 10% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES IN TDEX, EXCLUDING TREASURY SHARES, IF ANY, AT AN ISSUE PRICE TO BE DETERMINED LATER ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 26 March 2026, 23 April 2026, and 28 April 2026 in relation to the Private Placement ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, all defined terms and abbreviations used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.

 

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 13 October 2026 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for its approval for an extension of time of up to 27 April 2027 to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.

 

The outcome of the extension of time application will be announced upon receiving the decision from Bursa Securities.
