We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 28 February 2019 in relation to the Application.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of SMCB, KAF Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that after due consideration of all facts and circumstances of the Application, Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 27 March 2019, decided to reject the Application as the Company has not demonstrated to the satisfaction of Bursa Securities any material development towards the finalisation and submission of the regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities.
