Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 2 September 2026 and 29 September 2026 ("Earlier Announcements") in relation to the Winding-Up Petition served by Messrs. Elison Wong (suing as a firm) against the Company. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Earlier Announcements.

 

The Board of Directors of Ho Hup wishes to announce that the Company had been notified by its solicitors on 14 October 2026 that the High Court had vacated the initial hearing date on 27 October 2026 and fixed a new hearing date for the Winding Up Petition on 3 November 2026.  

 

The Company will make further announcement as and when there are any material developments on the above matter.
