Puan Yong Hazadurah binti Md Hashim has over 30 years of corporate governance, secretarial and legal experience.  

Puan Yong Hazadurah is the Group Company Secretary and Head of the Corporate Governance, Secretarial & Legal Division of Bursa Malaysia Berhad ("Bursa Malaysia").

Puan Yong Hazadurah was initially appointed as the Company Secretary of Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (now known as Bursa Malaysia) on 1 October 2003. Upon the demutualisation of the Company on 5 January 2004 and its subsequent listing on the MAIN Board of the Stock Exchange on 18 March 2005, she has continued as the Group Company Secretary of Bursa Malaysia until her retirement effective 19 October 2026.
