EXTENSION OF THE DURATION OF THE EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME ("ESOS")

The Board of Directors of Lagenda ("Board") wishes to announce that the Board has resolved to extend the duration of the Company's existing ESOS, which is due to expire on 21 October 2026, for a further period of five (5) years until 21 October 2031, in accordance with the terms of the by-laws governing the ESOS ("By-Laws").

 

The extension is not subject to any approval from the shareholders of the Company, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and/or other relevant authorities.

 

Appropriate notice on the extension will be served to the eligible ESOS grantees in due course.
