Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Company's announcement dated 4 September 2026 in relation to the Sale and Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") entered into between SCIB Ecobuild Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of SCIB with East Liberty Sdn. Bhd. for the Proposed Acquisition of the Lands.

The Board of SCIB wishes to announce that all conditions precedent stipulated in the Agreement have been fulfilled on 19 October 2026. Accordingly, the Agreement became unconditional on the same date.
