Indirect Interest of 8,320,000 Ordinary Shares - Deemed interest by virtue of the shares held by his spouse, Chan Lian Sei and deemed interest by virtue of his shareholdings in OCR Group Berhad pursuant to Section 8 of the Companies Act 2016. 3.
