We refer to our announcement dated 9 October 2026 in relation to the resignation of MESSRS. KRESTON JOHN & GAN as External Auditors of SCIB.

The Board of Directors of SCIB wishes to announce that having obtained the written consent to act pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 from MESSRS. MORISON LC PLT ("MORISON"), the appointment of MORISON as the new external auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2026 shall be effective on 30 October 2026.
