We refer to the SDHB’s announcements dated 24 May 2023, 12 July 2023 and 18 October 2023, and 24 January 2024 respectively. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement. The Board of Directors of SDHB wishes to announce, PBB has filed an application for auction directions for the 5 parcels of properties located at Lot No. 374, Seksyen 11, Bandar Shah Alam, District of Petaling, State of Selangor Darul Ehsan, charged to PBB. The High Court fixed the hearing for PBB’s application on 12 June 2024. SDHB will make further announcements as and when there are material developments on the matter.
