We refer to SDHB’s announcement dated 25 March 2024. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement.

The Board of Directors of SDHB wishes to announce that on 3 May 2024, the High Court granted, among others, the following orders:

  1. That SDMAX [Registration No.: 202001015916(1372236-P)] be wound up by the Court pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act 2016;
  2. That Victor Saw Seng Kee be appointed as Liquidator of SDMAX;
  3. Costs of RM5,000 was awarded to the petitioner, Kawalan Keselamatan Prestasi Mewah Sdn Bhd.

SDHB will make further announcements as and when there are material developments on the matter.
