Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 5 April 2024 in relation to the resignation of Messrs. Russell Bedford LC & Company as the Auditors of the Company.
The Board of Directors of RIHB wishes to announce that the Company has appointed Messrs. Crowe Malaysia PLT (“Crowe Malaysia” or “the Auditors”), who has consented to act as the new Auditors of the Company and its subsidiary in place of the resigned Auditors, Messrs. Russell Bedford LC & Company and the letter of consent to act as the Auditors has received by the Company on 5 June 2024.
