Remarks : 
Pursuant to the Share Consolidation, the exercise price of the outstanding Warrants B will be revised from RM0.054 to RM0.540 each while 166,353,160 Consolidated Warrants B will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 12 June 2024 (collectively referred to as the "Adjustments").

Further, in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll B, the Adjustments takes effect from 5.00 p.m., 11 June 2024, being the entitlement date for the Share Consolidation.

The notice to the holders of the Warrants B (setting out the details of the Adjustments) will be despatched in due course.
