The Board of Directors of BV Land Holdings Berhad ("BVLH") wishes to announce that Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd shall cease to act as the Continuing Adviser of the Company with effect from 1 May 2025 as the Company successfully complied with Rule 3.12(1) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) whereby BVLH must secure and maintain the services of a Continuing Adviser for at least 3 full financial years after its admission to the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities.
