Exercise value = 0.4
Closing price = 0.315
Wa issued = 1/4
Wa price = (0.4-0.315)/5 = 0.017
Mother share adjustment = 0.315 - 0.017 = 0.298

I think since the excercise price is more than the current price,the warrant price should be .005, the price more than 0.005 should be the premium
