10 more days for settlement with Universiti Islam Melaka or back to court case..Melaka gonna has election this year, court case would be bad for the UMNO gov in Melaka. can't even provide and manage student accommodations to students. what a negative publicity for the opposition to drum up.

Bintai has about RM199 million worth of outstanding jobs in hand, so its current price seems pretty undervalued

Bintai doesn’t actually publish an official fixed tender conversion rate. But based on its track record of winning projects, it looks to be around 8% to 10%
